    I initially referred David for a simple gutter cleaning and repair, but during the inspection, he discovered roof damage that my friend hadn’t noticed. Thanks to David’s expertise and guidance, she was able to get her entire roof replaced through insurance! He made the entire process seamless and stress-free, handling communication with the insurance company and walking her through every step.     Southern Integrity Roofing lives up to their name. Southern in their friendly, neighborly manner, and utterly decent, honest, and hardworking. My dealings have been with Travis (the owner) and Colby (a senior, expert roofer). In my case, there was storm damage involved and these men worked patiently—over a period of months!—to achieve the hoped-for result with my insurance company. These men know their business—that’s obvious within the first few minutes of meeting them. I’m the sort of person who asks a lot a questions and I’ve never felt rushed me to make a decision. When I call them, they answer, and they’re extremely responsive when the issue is urgent. Their courtesy is ever-present, as is their honesty. Finding all of these wonderful qualities in a roofer—or, for that matter, in any person of any profession—can be difficult, and I feel so blessed to have found Southern Integrity Roofing.     Southern Integrity Roofing was great to work with. The whole process from quote to scheduling to completion was transparent with everything up front. The quote was accurate and became the invoice, no surprises. The work was scheduled and completed on time. They made sure I was satisfied before submitting the final invoice.     My roof was almost 19 years old, end of it’s life with no Storm/hail damage, just old. Jon Cook is great. He was very helpful and worked with me. He came over when I asked him , to ask questions. Very nice, professional and not pushy which turns me off. The roof crew was very nice and great. My animals and I weren’t traumatized by the noise when the roof was being put on. They cleaned up the yard great, no nails found. The roof is gorgeous. Jon supervised the work, found and fixed several problems found when roof was removed. I am very pleased with the roof and would recommend Jon Cook and Southern Integrity Roofing. See more See less

    I was SHOCKED!! Eric came knocking at the front door of my home, for a chance to do an inspection for roof damage. Not something I usually would do but he was nice and accommodating, so I said why not. He mentioned his inspector David Lea was in area and would be glad to stop by. Honestly I did think "storm chasers". I had to leave, so I said call me with results. I was waiting for a call about how bad the roof was and the "don't worry we work with insurance companies all the time" speech. David called and told me the roof was in pretty good shape, and didn't need any work at this time. I can't speak for their work, but if it's as solid as their integrity, I would give them a try if I needed to. Thanks for the honesty guys. Every business has it share of shady participants that lower our expectations, but this experience was refreshing, and if I have a need personally or for my commercial building in the future, I will defiantly give them a call.     I recently had my roof replaced and was very pleased with the service I received. The team was professional, efficient, and respectful throughout the entire process. There were a few minor incidents that happened by accident , but what really impressed me was how perfectly and responsibly they handled them. They took full care of everything without hesitation and made sure I was satisfied with the results. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality roofing service and trustworthy customer care! I bet They are a good company for you. They also kindly took care of all the pruned branches from my yard. I was so grateful—they really went above and beyond. This is the kind of detailed customer service that makes a big difference. I also learned a lot from them during the process. The whole team was so friendly and patient. As someone who doesn’t speak English well and is originally from Korea, I really appreciated their kindness and the way they made me feel comfortable. David and your crews were awesome!     We had some roof damage due to a bad storm and dead tree limbs falling on the house. There were some rafters broken and decking also damaged. The damage happened on a Saturday night and I called Jamie the next morning on a Sunday and he drove from Lilburn to Dawsonville within a couple of hours and put some temporary tarps down to prevent any water damage. He also me with me and my insurance adjuster to make sure everything was accounted for. When he brought his team lead out he noticed that the previous roofer had not installed the flashing around the chimney to his liking and he said he would take care of it. Nothing to do with the damage. They also noticed some drip edge had not been completed and took care of that also. Wow, what a great experience!     Incredibly happy with my experience with Southern Integrity Roofing. I experienced a weather event that damaged my roof. They worked with my insurance and were able to get approval for replacement even while I was out of the country. They completed the replacement of the roof in a day and it looks and performs great.
